So 'Sanctify' is basically a song about a guy who's struggling with his sexuality. ... I've been involved in that experience. I've been on actually both sides of that experience and it inspired the song. And it's got a sort of throwback R'N'B vibe mixed with a bit of... something else.

그러니까 "Sanctify"는 우선 자신의 성적 취향에 대해 고심하는 어떤 남자에 대한 노래예요. 제가 그런 상황에 처한 적이 있었어요. 그 상황의 양쪽 입장(성적 취향으로 고민하는 입장과 그런 사람을 만난 입장)에 모두 있어봤어요. 그리고 그 경험을 통해 이 곡을 쓰게 되었죠. 그래서 이 곡에는 일종의 알앤비로 회귀한 분위기가 있고 좀 다른... 뭔가가 섞여 있어요.
